How it works

  1. The booking arrives

    Ask for a date and time inside a flow, post it from a form on your own site, or send it across from the system you already use. It lands in the same place either way.

  2. The confirmation goes out

    A WhatsApp message the moment the booking is made, in the same thread the customer will reply to if anything changes.

  3. The reminder follows

    Set it to send a fixed time before the appointment, or after it for a thank-you or a review request. From then on it runs without you.
