Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds, trials, cancellations, and billing work for WhatsBox.

1) Free trial (recommended)

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate WhatsBox before paying.

Trial length: 14 days
Trial type: Card required
Trial limits: Reasonable usage limits may apply during trial to prevent abuse (e.g., caps on message sends/conversations/AI replies and fair-use rate limits).

If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged.

2) Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal fees are charged to your saved payment method.

3) Cancellations

You can cancel from your account settings at any time. After cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period (unless stated otherwise)
You will not be charged for the next billing period

4) No refunds

All fees are non‑refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes:

Partial periods
Unused usage/credits
Downgrades within a billing period

We do not provide refunds for:

Account termination due to policy violations
Template rejections, WhatsApp policy enforcement, or message deliverability outcomes
Third-party service outages

4A) Third‑party fees are not refundable

WhatsBox may integrate with third‑party services such as WhatsApp Business API providers and AI model providers. Any fees charged by third parties are not charged by WhatsBox and are not refundable by WhatsBox.

5) Taxes

Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout where applicable.

6) Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry payment and/or suspend access until payment is successful.

7) Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback without first contacting support, we may suspend your account while we investigate.
